Rob turns the big 2-5 today and from everyone at TwilightPoison.com we want to wish him a very happy birthday. We hope this year brings him more joy, happiness and more professional fulfillment than ever before. This is the year where he says good-bye to Twilight, the project he started working in when he was only 21, and we’re so happy to have seen him bloom into a true movie star and brilliant actor. Welcome to this new stage of your life Rob and enjoy the final lap of your tweenties, I hear it goes fast! (but don’t freak out).
To celebrate here’s this year’s Birthday Art Project “It’s Rob’s world, we’re just living in it”. It’s little tribute to the best moments in his 25 years of life. From his first steps to last week’s promotional duties for Water for Elephants in Europe, we illustrate Rob’s life in the public eye. I worked on this piece all week, tons of hours invested in it, as you can imagine and made sure everything was there (I might have skipped something, I really hope not!). All his movie roles, appearances, magazine photoshoots, famous t-shirts… all of it is represented in 180 pieces of Pixel Art created with Adobe Fireworks. Can you identify them all?

That’s our little game to celebrate Rob’s birthday. This piece of pixel art comes with a little game/contest. Whoever identifies the most Robs chronologically (names what movie role, appearance, photoshoot each little Rob is from), skipping the less Robs possible, and lists them in the comments section will win a prize yet to be determined (I don’t know what to give away, any ideas?).
All Robs are possitioned chronologically, so it shouldn’t be too difficult. Just try to remember what happened first and what followed.

I had a lot of fun creating this piece! Spent tons of hours just looking at Rob’s appearances and famous pictures, created each pixel sprite one by one. A little explanation on how I did it here:
