Guests for Barcelona Premiere Confirmed: Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner and Bill Condon

Aurum has confirmed via their Twitter account (@aurump) that the Spanish premiere will take place on November 17 in Barcelona. Confirmed guests: Bill Condon, Taylor Lautner and Robert Pattinson.
The premiere will take place at Forum del Centro de Convenciones Internacional de Barcelona, with a red carpet followed by a screening of the movie at 21:30 PM. Tickets will not be sold, but a few fans may score their own at various contests. Exact time for the red carpet has not been revealed, but it’s being planned for 20:00 PM. Time subject to change.

We’ll keep you posted with live feeds and all the usual coverage.

New Interview With Nikki Reed and Jackson Rathbone For Cinemanía

Cinemanía Spain interviewed Nikki and Jackson during their visit to Madrid. Their interview is very interesting and revealing. Here’s the complete translation.

What effect have your personal lives had after the success of Twilight?
Jackson: Personally, it hasn’t changed anything for me. It gave me more work and the fans, who are perfect.
Nikki: It brought me wonderful things. I started saving money working with Catherine Hardwicke, and now I have money, I can take my family on vacations, and I bought a house. It definitely brought me stability.

What was the last day of shooting like?
Jackson: We wrapped filming at 3 am, and it was a really wonderful time. We wrapped up three years of our lives. We just looked at each other and thought “Well… this is it,” and then the crew members joined us and we had a few drinks, and talked ’til dawn.
Nikki: Actor are used to doing things and then leaving them behind. Maybe in a year we’ll think “It’s time to get togethe again and hang out,”. We didn’t cry, or anything.

On 100 Monkeys Jackson said: “It’s pretty amazing to be filming for 16 to 18 hours, and then head over to a studio and record for another 8 hours”.

On a music video he said: “I love art. With this crazy schedule it’s hard to get on that, but we’ve talked about it a lot and we want to do a shortfilm with music, more than just a music video.”

On directing, Nikki Reed mentioned wanting to work with Kristen: “I think she’s a great actress. She wants to direct one ay, and we’ve talked about producing movies together, or acting in another film again. I’m sure it will happen in the future. Kristwn is very creative, and I can be creative too, sometimes…”

Cinemanía Interviews Robert Pattinson

New interview with Rob from Mexico for Cinemanía, on newstands now. Spanish/Latin American magazines, particularly those that come from Mexico, always give wonderful insights and descriptions of the cast. So here’s the full translation of the interview. Enjoy!

From the minute que sat next to him in a room of the Four Season Hotel in LA, Rob is clear about the following things, and he doesn’t have to say them out loud. It’s obvious that he doesn’t let the latest fashion trends run his life, which all seem to come from the stylists Hollywood loves. He doesn’t allow control from any publicist. For that we thank him. He knows we know, even if we don’t mention it.

This actor from London makes us forgt that he just turned 25, and that the media has turned him into the latest Hollywood heartthrob thanks to Twilight.
He arrives to our interview wearing a dark blue t-shirt, which is now faded from washing it too much perhaps, a sports navy blue jacket, yellow trousers and black Converse shoes. A hip look, but above all, simple. All pieces seem to come from his own closet. His attitude fits in with his style; simple, nice. He seems laid back when he talks about his career and his sudden fame; he laughs it off.

What’s most interesting is not his baby blue eyes, nor his obvious beauty, but a haircut for his movie Cosmopolis.

Breaking Dawn Sex Scene Cut for 12A Rating

We knew from Kristen’s Glamour UK interview that the original honeymoon scene in Breaking Dawn was rated R and had to be re-cut for all audiences. Today we learn from Digital Spy that it was re-cut for a 12A rating.

“This film was originally shown to the BBFC in an unfinished version,” a statement on the BBFC website says. “The BBFC advised the company that the film was likely to receive a ’15′ classification but that the requested ’12A’ certificate could be achieved by making changes to a sex scene between the Edward and Bella characters.

In particular the BBFC suggested that [the] more graphic sight of Edward thrusting while he lies on top of Bella, and while her legs are wrapped around his torso, be removed.

The British Board of Film Classification advised producers to edit the “graphic sight of Edward thrusting while he lies on top of Bella” to avoid the film being given a 15 certificate.

“This film was originally shown to the BBFC in an unfinished version,” a statement on the BBFC website says. “The BBFC advised the company that the film was likely to receive a ’15′ classification but that the requested ’12A’ certificate could be achieved by making changes to a sex scene between the Edward and Bella characters.

When the finished version of the film was submitted these changes had been made, with the scene having been reduced in length and with less focus on full body shots. As a result, the film was classified ’12A’.”
