Manny the Movie Guy sure likes Rob. Here’s his latest interview with him. A must-see.

“We couldn’t be more [like rockers],” Stewart explained of the gig portraying Joan Jett during her early days in the hard-partying all-girl band. “This is the biggest opportunity to be a rock star.”

“Yeah, the closest I’m ever going to get is when I was performing ‘Cherry Bomb,’ ” Fanning said of the signature song for Cherie Currie, which she sings in the movie at several clubs and house parties while being pelted with trash and flipped off by the very punk-rock crowds the band attracted. “I guess that was the biggest moment of being an actor: pretending to be a rock star. That’s as close as I’m ever going to get.”

“You literally are suited up and put in the exact same position [where a rocker would stand],” Kristen explained of shooting the biopic for filmmaker Floria Sigismondi, who captures the ’70s rock scene with amazing attention to detail. “You couldn’t [be any more of one] unless you really were a rock star.”

“Which,” Stewart added, making sure to be clear, “we both are not planning on doing.”

Access Hollywood has the official music video for The Runaways with Kristen and Dakota actually singing Cherry Bomb. Watch the video above.

Meanwhile, they interviewed both of them at the movie’s press junket today. When asked about kissing Dakota Fanning for the movie, Kristen said the following:

“She was 15, and I wasn’t allowed to grope her,” Kristen, 19, told Access Hollywood on Wednesday at the press junket for her new rocker film. “I’m actually not kidding, there are major restrictions that I don’t remember [from] when I was younger.

“I don’t want to give anything way. It’s a really passionate, hardcore scene,” she continued. “No, it’s just a kiss. It’s not really a big deal.”

“It’s just something that happened in their lives,” Dakota told

New interview with Rob via The Sydney Morning Herald.

“My main attraction was to play a role close to myself and because I’ve never played a normal guy,” says Pattinson, who was hands-on in the development of the film from beginning to end.

“I tried to make it about the point in your adolescence when you’re so focused on being an individual and you don’t want to accept just being part of the world.”

Despite Pattinson’s best intentions, the romance at the heart of the piece, although pleasing his fan base, hardly offers a departure for the actor.

However, things will be notably different in his next film, Bel Ami, which is being made in London. He plays the social-climbing philanderer Georges Durey of Guy de Maupassant’s 19th-century novel.

“He’s a guy who hates the entire world and just uses women to get money,” Pattinson says of his character, who enjoys romps between the sheets with women played by Uma Thurman and Christina Ricci.

“I thought it was quite a funny little story after doing all these romantic things.”

The hard yards for Pattinson have just begun but rather than believing his own hype, a guilt complex about his good fortune has given him sobriety beyond his years.

“You have to earn your luck,” he says. “I am pretty sure in the next 10 years I’ll be working every single day to kind of make up for this.”

Pattinson stars in the new drama, ‘Remember Me,’ and he says of filming love scenes with “Lost”’s Emilie de Ravin, “It’s always scary, I think much more scary for girls.”

But he says, “Emily’s just like completely comfortable in herself so it makes you feel more comfortable with yourself.”

Of choosing to do the film, he explains, “I read it in the summer after I just shot my first ‘Twilight’ film and [was planning] what to do next. … I read about 50 scripts and this one just stood out. It seemed completely different and I could hear the voice of the character.”

In an interview with Movies.ie Leonardo Di Caprio talked about his comparisons with Rob.

The tragic role of Jack in Titanic was enough for the young Leonardo DiCaprio’s career to explode. To the point where the 23-year old actor couldn’t step outside his door without the paparazzi photographing his every move. And the world constantly contemplating his next move.

A bit like Robert Pattinson after Twilight broke. Only even more mental.

“I can see it happening with Robert Pattinson, absolutely,” laughs DiCaprio, “and it brings back such happy, and crappy, memories. Your life isn’t your own when that kind of stardom happens, and you have tabloids every day making up stories about you.

“It’s not exactly what an actor dreams of, because your anonymity is gone.”

Suddenly, you’re Elvis, and that means playing someone else for an audience is nigh on impossible. DiCaprio addressed the issue by playing a variation of himself at that time in Woody Allen’s Celebrity, but when he tried to actually act in 1998’s The Man In The Iron Mask and 2000’s The Beach, audiences just wanted more Jack. Or more Romeo.

For somereason MTV is asking celebrities what would they telephone Lady Gaga about. Kellan said the following:

I’d love to just pick her brain about how she thinks on anything,’ the ‘Twilight’ star says. We already learned that Ne-Yo would telephone Lady Gaga about her unique sense of style, and now some of our favorite vampires, “Twilight” star Kellan Lutz and “True Blood” star Stephen Moyer, are letting us in on just what they’d have to say to Gaga if they could get her on the phone.

“Her creativeness,” Lutz told MTV News. “I love to invent stuff and she’s so inventive. She’s so creative and I love people who think that way and are very just out-there and don’t care and do whatever.”

He added that he admires Gaga’s ability to not let other people influence her in any way. “They don’t let the world shape them and
