Twilight Halloween Cullen Costume ideas - Edward and Bella at the Prom
Recommended by MTV.com!
This guide features ideas and suggestions for couples who want to imitate
the look of Edward and Bella at the Prom (movie version). You'll find mostly
clothing options as well as accessories. For all the make up ideas just browse
our guides on the Fans section.
This guide was written as part of our Twilight Halloween Costumes sections,
but you can also use these ideas for premieres, book release parties and Twilight
themed parties. It can also be used as an actual Prom guide, just in case you
want to look like any of the characters for your prom (clothing wise, that is.
Because we really don't recommend that you dress up as a vampire for your prom.
You'll hate us- and yourself -15 yars later).

The Look For Bella
Bella's dress for the prom is very simple, but very elegant as well. She uses
a halter navy blue dress that is very tight on the waist and then it flows down
right under the knee. You can look for any similar dress with silky fabrics.
Over the dress she uses a beaded cream colored cardigan:

Hair

Bella always wears wavy long hair. For the prom, she wore her hair with wavy
curls. To try this look you have two options.
Curling iron

Curling irons help create curls for girls with really straight hair. The size
of the barrels determines the size of the curl created and, as would seem logical,
the smaller the barrel the tighter the curl will be. Spray your hair once you're
done to help keep the curl.
Long Hair Roller Set

If you don't have a curling iron or you don't want to damage your hair, you
can just use a roller set. These curls will be softer than the ones you can
create with a curling iron.
How to - Use the two larger-sized rollers and alternate them
on the head. At the top of the head, the rollers have to be wrapped with off-off-base
placement, making a nearly flat plane at the top of the head once the rollers
are positioned. The lower rows of rollers are all wrapped upward, winding the
hair over the roller and again positioned in an off-off-base placement. All
the rollers must be secured in place using curler clips. Blow dry when you're
done and then keep on the rollers a few hours.
The Look for Edward
Edward wears pretty much the classic tux with a white shirt and black tie.

You can throw in the pair of Wayfarer Ray bans and you're done! ;)
